the Process:
- Disassembly and cleaning in a hot caustic bath.
- Dimensional verification of all internal moving components to assure they are within manufacturer’s tolerances.
- Reassembly with non-wear components that replace those found to be out of tolerance.
- Reassembly with new wear components including bearings, shaft seals, o-rings, gaskets, exhaust valve wear components, electrical solenoids, drive belts, ball valves and check valves.
- Motor evaluation to confirm bearings are fit for service and lubricated.
- Helium Leak Detector testing to verify vacuum leak free assembly
- Water Jacket Pressure Test to verify leak free water jacket
- Oil Reservoir Pressure Test to verify leak free oil reservoir
- 24 Hour Test Run to verify blank-off performance and confirm oil-leak free operation.
- Amp Draw Test to verify correct blank –off and loaded Amp Draw. This can be used to diagnose future performance issues.
- Noise and Vibration evaluation to confirm correct levels
- Painting to restore new pump appearance
- Final test operation to verify vibration noise free operation following belt guard reassembly.
- Pallet mounting, stretch wrapping and chicken crating for shipment.
- Test report creation and inclusion with each pump.
